1) You email of the Swap account
2) The ID and Type of the order in problem
3) More needed info
How to compose a ticket
Basic info about Tickets
- Open: This ticket awaits a response from the Chives Team
- Pending: This ticket awaits a response from the User
- Closed: This ticket has been closed
- On hold: We are dealing with the ticket, please be patient.
- Duplicate: This ticket has been marked as a duplicate, please don't open multiple tickets
You will receive a notification email after we respond to you, and your ticket will automatically be closed if you don't respond to us in 3 days.
The more clearly you describe the issues and the more valid info you provide, then the easier it will be for us to handle the problem and the faster the progress will be.
